here it is so i only have to explain it once

this setup is the dsm 450cc blue top injectors mated with a honda crx si obd0 resistor box. first you have to get the wires to the injectors stripped then splice the positive wires to the possitive wires on the dsm plugs next run the ground to the resistor box, i just ran all the grounds on the wiring harness into one wire and connected it to the black wire on the resistor box. last you just run all 4 grounds to the injectors and tape it all up and bolt the resistor box down. in the pic the resistor box is bolted behind the strut tower. soldering the connections is a good idea.

also in order for the dsm injectors to fir the ka24 e fuel rail you will have to open the holes a little bit, i used a carbide bit on a drill, no leaks and its been working just fine. its a good idea to always use silicone lube when installing injectors.

CAUTION I am 99% sure that you did this install very wrong.

When you install a resistor box, you should be doing it in-line on the POWER lines only. You should not mess with the ground wires AT ALL.

You also bunched all your ground wires together, which is another HUGE no-no. The reason for this is because the ECU controlls the injectors via a low side driver, meaning that it completes the circut on the ground side in order to make the injector fire. Essentially, the ground wire is the trigger/signal wire for the injectors. What you did by connecting all your ground wires together was put all of the injectors on the same circut, so that they all fire at the exact same time. This is of course, wrong.

I will make another post right now detailing how to properly install an injector resistor box. Unless you can reply to this post and explain some special circumstance why your injectors need to be wired up this way, I will delete the thread. Note I realise that the wiring could be completely different for a SOHC, which is why I gave you the chance to explain yourself here.

No big deal, just wanted to catch that before anyone reads it the wrong way. Could you please edit your original post to make the wire colors correct?

Thanks for taking the time to write something up though, it is definitely appreciated!
