How can i recet my ECU? Will touching the positive battery cable to the negative do the trick?

Touching battery cables together is BAD juju. You need to search and learn before you go causing serious damage to your car.

Ok i did some searching... will unplugging my battery for 30 minutes or so do the trick?

couple hours at least, i left mine off for 24 hours.

Undo your battery and hold the brake down for 30 seconds. that should do the trick. Touching negative to positive will reverse the polarity in your electronics system. that should only blow a fusable link, but you may do more damage you never until it happens.
