Yeah, but if I put all the parts in a USDM chassis (s13) then noones the wiser, I'll have my USDM VIN and everything, I can just say its a show car or something if I get rolled and they're like "wtf, the steering wheel is on the wrong side"
You ARE allowed to have right hand drive vehicles in Cali
As for the motor/emissions, I have 2 KA motors, I can get it to pass smog that way, or I can just get the car to comply, or take it to a friend
