remote programming questions

Acutally, I have a question regarding this......

I got a remote, and it worked fine for a while....... I put in a new battery, reprogrammed it, and everything was honky dorry....... then one day it just quit..... it still beeped, but no response from the car..... I kept trying to reprogram it, and finally one time it worked...... Now it stopped again, and I cant get it programmed.... I am using the instructions Jeff Williams posted...

try switching the batteries, it could be low on juice.

Its a brand new battery, bought less than 2 weeks ago!! It was a good kind (energizer), not the genero-brand!

I wouldnt think that the remote would be bad if it still beeps and has new batteries
