So ive been running through the wiring schematics and cannot figure out for the life of me, but its a relay or circuit breaker with a blue red and white blue wire on the backside of the kick panel its right under the brown relay. Im trying to figure out where the white blue wire goes to seeing as how its cut and cannot find where the other part of the wire is at. Also im dumb and new on here but how do you post pics so i can show people what im talking about.

Yeah pictures would definitely help. Here's a general breakdown of how to do that:

Weird, there shouldn't be URLs.
If for some reason it is automatically putting them in, just delete everything that isn't between the brackets that contain "img" and "/img".
In the mean time, I'll see if I can give you URL permission. I think typically its disabled for people that have under 10 posts (blame spammers).

I think that wire would go to the accessory 2 relay, the bottom blue one. I could be wrong. I suspect you'd find part of a cut off wire in there. Your stuff might have been re-wired for some reason, so I'm just guessing at the moment. I also expect to see a black wire there, but don't and instead see another blue wire I wasn't expecting. Anyway, get the FSM, look to the EC chapter, check around page 6 or so. You'll see the four relays (acc1, ign, ign, acc2) in there and the OEM wire colors.

Another idea is to trace the cut wire to the side that's not cut and see what it is connected to. Then find that in the FSM and figure out what goes on the other end.

Do you have any weird functionality with say, radio and heater or maybe headlights and power windows? Let us know and best of luck!

In my searches, I found a couple of pictures that might be showing this white with blue wire. In the top one, you can see two cut wires in the background of the image and one appears to be your mystery wire. In the second photo, you can see one again near the base of his thumb. Maybe these help?
