The engine is still fairly low miles and runs great, so I will not be overboosting it now. Eventually I will do injectors, MAF and re-tune stock ECU when I rebuild the engine. I have access to a Dyno and will be using wideband O2, so once I get all my bolt ons done I shouldn't need any tuning at that point. If it's running lean then I might consider bigger injectors and tuning at that point. From what I've read the stock injectors are fine for lower boost levels, definitely won't be hitting a bar anytime soon.

Here's how it looks now.And here's the stock water line that I cut off by the head, and attched the CS line using a better clamp than the one provided.

i started a thread about fuel pressure.. i feel kind of stupid for asking, but it wouldn't be the worst thing to feel stupid for. lol

where did your previous manifolds crack? and who made them?? i can hear a itty-bitty leak on mine, but it's wrapped in heat wrap. the dust from the heat wrap flies out at high rpms though, but i can't narrow it down. no performance loss yet though.

so, you happy you finally finished this thing? haha

I had a Megan, and a generic ebay one. Both cracked by the rear runner by the exhaust flange. Sometimes they can crack for no reason, other times due to exhaust system alignment or not being braced. I'm glad I finished with this bit, but I have alot more parts to put on in the near future.
