redtop into a blacktop

So I am confused after reading the thread "difference between redtop and blacktop"I have s13 blacktop in my car now. and I blew the engine. I am going to buy a s13 redtop long block instead.

First of all, does the transmission for s13 blacktop fit the redtop longblock?Second, can I use all the blacktop sensors and ecu for the redtop long block?Third, will I have any problem just swap into the car like that?

physically they are the same, the only thing I dont know about is the sensors, there may be some differances, Im sure you can figure it out though.
