Don't buy a cheap-a$$ wing. Cheap-a$$ wings will be affected by heat, cold, and even their own weight. You're on a budget, so look around some local junkyards for a nice FACTORY wing. These will at least be sufficient quality so they won't flex/break/bend/fall off/look gay.
Otherwise, just cool it and save your $$$. You can still have a perfectly happy, fulfilling existence without a wing on your car.
