Rear View Camera Broken off (Updated Picture)

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

For them to go after something as specific as the rear camera, it has to be someone that has a focused need. Bastids! If you can afford an EX, you should be able to afford to get a broken camera and not make someone else miserable.

Back seats are small in the EX. Not an issue for me now. When I was looking at the G35 when it first came out and saved Infiniti, I looked at the sedan and the coupe. I ended up buying the sedan so my parents could have room in the backseat too. Funny thing is they never ended up needing to ride in the back seats other than a couple of times. I still loved the car but wish I had bought the coupe at that time in hindsight. Even funnier is that I looked at the 2011 coupe and even the IPL when I was looking at the EX but the years on my body told me that passed that phase a few years ago. Live and learn. Still love Infiniti!

Good luck in your endeavors 4sure.

Thank You Tasman :)

Unfortunatley my baby no longer suits my needs and it's time to let her go to a new owner :frown:

Anyone know if they can still re-use the rear camera they stole off me to install on their car?

I'm thinking this is the work of some shady autobody person......customer needs rear view camera replacement on an infiniti or ex35 model to be exact...lets go shopping around the neighbor hood and steal one and charge the othe person $900 for a "brand new" one

i think if what happened to me was a act of vandalism they would have smashed my windows, smash the camera lens......but i guess the culprit had 1 thing in mind and that was a rear view camera

The is a strange theft item for sure.

I started looking at an X3 when I moved back from overseas. You will certainly be dissapointed at how much you are going to have to spend to get anywhere near the same features of the EX. But, if you actually need rear seats for more than a jacket or a pizza, the EX is tight.

According to Michael Moore, there is no crime in Canada. Must have been some gun toten' Yank running around up there. :chuckle:

I really hate hearing about vandelism. It makes my blood boil. I was living in New Zealand and it is rampant there. I had my Alfa Romeo 156 for one week and someone intentionally shoved a shopping cart into it.
