Hey everyone, I'm going to soon be replacing my shocks and springs on the rear end of my 2001 Infiniti QX4. I will also be adding 2" coil spacers. What else should I replace while I'm back there? Any bushings or links or anything? Car has 155k. Thanks!

Yeah, I'd recommend new sway bar bushings and end links, and some new torsion bar bushings. And new control arm bushings if you haven't done that already. Polyurethane bushings are always best if you can get them. Check out my response here for more details and part numbers.

Good luck and let us know how it goes!

Awesome, very helpful! Can't wait to have all new stuff back there. I don't know yet if I'll buy new trailing arms, or just replace the bushings. Do the arms ever rust out or anything like that?
Also, is this something I should replace:

Thanks for all the help!
