Turns out we are missing my coil pack harness...the only one I've been able to find for sale is in Australia. Any ideas in case mine doesn't turn up?

The car is running! Should be on the dyno for tuning this week. I'll try to get pictures and video up soon :).

The car will be on the dyno tomorrow. Looking forward to seeing what she does! We will be shooting for 16-18 psi on 93 pump gas. The car was previously only e-85 only, but due to availability here in NC, I opted to just tune it for pump now. This should be a very, and I mean very, safe and mild tune.

The car was dyno'd today and laid down a very safe and conservative 507whp on pump gas @18psi. Still considering doing a race gas tune on 110 octane, or maybe even going the methanol route. I had the aquamist hsf-5 on my STi and it was an awesome setup.

Good beastly numbers for a conservative tune at 18psi. Time for race gas and more booooost. Should be around 600-700. You used a water injection kit from your Subaru?

I used to have a water kit on the subaru. That kit was really nice, and I wouldn't mind throwing one on here in the future. Right now, it's just straight pump gas...only 45% IDC haha. I'm probably just gonna enjoy the car for a while and put some safe miles on it at the current power level, and once it seems to loosen up a bit go with race gas or add the methanol kit for a 25-30psi tune. Before, on e85 and 30psi, this car made 812whp...wasn't exactly streetable though :)

I'll have the car back next Friday so hopefully I can get more pics up then. Gotta get my bumper back on first though.

got the car back Friday. there are a few little things I still need to figure out with it, but overall it drives well and pulls hard!

Now, the annoying stuff...

1-No gauge panel light for my speedo and tach. Checked the common tail light fuse problem and that's not it. I really hope it's not a bulb in the dash which requires me to pull it out again...broke a blinker in the past doing that haha.

2-Sometimes after I turn the car off all of the gauges stay on and sometimes they don't. I've also been reading that this happens in son s14s, but I can't figure out the cause.

3- The nrg tech quick release hub feels like a bearing is loose and as a result there is some play in the steering. I'll be getting into that one tomorrow hopefully.

Thoughts on some of the electrical stuff?? I've been reading both here and 240sxforums, and the generic fix for the dash light is for the s13s TCU, so I'm afraid that does not apply to me!

Just wanted to post up a new pic of my new wheels. Ended up going with a set of Work Emotion CR Kais. Got a good deal and couldn't pass it up!

Thanks man. I'm debating whether or not I want to put the stickers on the wheels...could be a headache down the road when washing the car...at the same time since they're blue, it would match the lug nuts and paint.

Well the way your 240 looks, id keep it w/o stickers! It'll look way cleaner, that's just me :)

I'm leaning towards that as well. A little off topic but I got re-tuned a few weeks back...had a bad injector in cylinder 1. Changed out the injectors and spark plugs, and ended up making 527whp on a mustang dyno on 18lbs of boost. Temp was 103.5 degrees in the shop!

Thanks man. It's been all finished up and running like a champ since May. I'm very satisfied with 527whp for the time being. The car hooks up very well at this horsepower level. Since it was so hot when we tuned it, we kept it at a safe 18 degrees ignition timing on 93 octane. Easily has another 20-30whp at same boost levels on a cooler day and more ignition timing.
