Hi everyone,

I've been googling this around, but couldn't find an exact answer.

will a rb25de (n/a, s1 - non neo) coil work on ca18det?

I need to get this ol' ca18 started and pretty much only 1 coil is keeping me away from this :)

any help appreciated.

thanks!

Dimensions are the same, check the pin arrangement. There are marks on the coil.

I have just installed RB coils on my CA,
You need to swap the RB coil plug on your CA Ignition harness,
thats mean you need a donor RB ignition harness.

Thanks for the input, louiswin. I was told the same @ my local nismo forums, but you actually have done it. how are they feeling on a CA18? :) any better than stock ones?

FRSport is selling a kit, coils comes from a rb26, with its harness, spefically made for ca18. So I think it will work fine.
