Rb25 high RPM problem

I have had this swap for about a year an it just started doing this the other week an i have done the spark plugs an im thinking about pulling the fuel injectors out this week just to check

when i hit around 5500 rpms till redline my car starts to jerk around an all but keeps going but it doest feel like fuel cut it just sputters an everything but if im at 90% throtal my car is fine an then sometimes its even fine at 100% throtal

Any suggestions???

im not sure if this would be my problem or not but last night when i was looking around everything for the problem i looked at my alternator again because i have been having troubles with it but the alternator is good an the batterie are good...

so i checked the wires an when i turned the car on i was only getting 11.3 volts or something like that to the plug that goes into the side of it so you think that could be my problem??

I had the same problem, and it fixed it.

could be. id say with the car running the voltage should be at LEAST 13.0v. does it stay at 11.3 when you are reving it? 11 is super low. get the alternator checked.

go with the msd setup and cure your problems. I have the same issue but it is only rare and i have stock coils. If you have a power fc it can mostly be tuned out. That is what I had to do with my setup and i have over 400 whp.

yeah like last night also when i was driving when it hits the spot it leans out real bad but my tune is good but if im in wot an when i hit 5500 rpm it goes from being 11-12 air/fuel to 14 so any other suggestions or you just think i should get the coils i have afc neo i want to sell that an get the power fc you know anyone selling a used one that still works or where i can get a cheaper one

an also i got my alternator checked the other week at my old work an it works fine an my batterie is fine to but i have to rev my engine after i start the car for the alternator to actually start working

what fuel injectors, pump, and boost are you running?

im running 10psi which i have been for 4 or 5 months an the 255 walboro an stock injectors

sounds more like fuel starvation to me. try changing your fuel filters and do you have a pressure regulator?

i dont have a pressure regulator yet but ill just go buy a fuel filter this week an order regulator, what 300zx filter am i supposed to get the 92 300zx N/A?

get the 300 zx TT fuel filter. It won't fit in the holder. When you get the regulator set it to about 43-45 psi
