How did you keep the AC and power steering? I will be trying to keep mine as well. It gets hot out here so I damn sure need it. NO PS SUCKS TOO.

For power steering, I used a single pump (non-HICAS) RB pump with stock KA fittings; worked fine. For A/C, I used the RB compressor, had to carefully bend the compressor discharge (small line) to make it fit back to the condenser, and had a custom compression fitting made to connect the RB suction (big line) to the stock KA suction.. you can see in the photo. Wiring wise, you only need the single compressor clutch signal wire if you have your stock dual pressure switch still intact.

Like someone said above, just trace the wiring for the auto between the two engines... not a big deal. I have a small transmission cooler and run Amsoil racing fluid in the transmission. Have not had any overheating issues yet. I am using one puller fan on the engine side in front of the a/c compressor area and one pusher fan between my front mount and radiator, that is directly in front of the transmission cooler, so maybe that helps.
Are you using the stock 240 radiator or the KOYO? I have the KOYO and flex-a-lite puller fans but I don't have room for them both. One of my homies used the stock KA radiator and he only overheated when he drifted. I wanna use them both I just wish I had the room. Oh well. I'll just use the stock KA radiator with the puller fans. The stock radiator has connections for hoses to the transmission anyway. I'm trying to avoid buying a cooler.

I am using the stock R32 radiator, about the same size as the stock KA. The RB radiator did not have the integrated transmission cooler, thus the reason for a separate cooler. I used the Top Hat/Core Performance engine and transmission mounts, which gave me a good bit of room. I have previously used the RB crossmember, which made for a very tight fit. I do not drift so I don't know if the small transmission cooler would hold up or not under heaving driving conditions. I am pleased with my setup and the space; works nicely with my Hybrid GTSpec intercooler and piping kit.

I wont be doing too much drifting in an automatic. I'll just use the stock KA radiator and the FAL puller fans. Anyone know the proper timing for the RB20DET? How about a good t3/t4 turbo set-up with manifold and dump tube? I was thinking of running an external wastegate but I have no idea what parts to buy or how to install it or where to install it. HELP!!!!!

What year KA auto ECU are you using?

Does anyone know if the auto wiring harness for 300zx or 240sx is the same for a RB25DET?

Bump for new info. Anyone want to add updates? I have everything in but I can't get my engine running on all 6 cylinders. I can't tell if it's a ECU issue or what.
