I was running two exhuast cams in the purplenurple's rb20. Replaced the intake cam with another exhuast cam. The engine was more powerful but you had to run a fast electronic boost controller or there was a flatspot in the boost response. RB20 and 25 are hydrulic tappet GTR is solid, make sure you don't mix up the parts,ex, RB26 cam with RB20 lifter.

did you ride in my car, uh no. The car dynoed almost 10hp higher with the set of RB20DET exhuast cams. I got the idea from a hachiroku freind it's a cheapo 4AG trick. I'm not talking about crunching numbers on a chart, this ain't theory I did it. Do I reccomend it, no. I can get a junkyard cam for $5.00 most people on this board cannot. I suggest buying new performance cams if you want performance.
