Personally I like the SR... but then again I'm biased look at both motors and see what you plan on achieving in the future.
IMHO, the RB in stock trim is impressive and sounds a lot better than the SR. I find it to be more of a nice daily driver type of motor, since it has decent low end torque and good HP to back it up when it comes to spirited driving. As for installation issues, all you really need is a reputable shop that will mate your wiring harnesses together, custom engine & transmission mounts, electric cooling fans and IIRC front halfshaft. If this is what you decide but have trouble locating a place to do a quality harness or need mounts for a decent price, shoot me a PM.
The only drawback I see of having an RB is the aftermarket market support compared to the SR. Also, I find the OEM coilpacks on RBs tend to quit due to old age.
The SR on the other hand has almost unlimited aftermarket support and for being a popular motor, used parts or parts motors are very easy to come by. Installation requires mating the harnesses together and the physical grunt work of putting everything back together.
In the end whichever swap you decide to complete, you will find that whichever route you choose, you will be happy with
