hahahahha at u saying u didnt have vtec...so when the vtc comes on does it it really give up a extra push or is it always on??

Me and my buddy were messing with it for about an hour today.
1. we tried it on idle, you can actually hear the difference and change in idle
2. we tried it in free revving, i held it steady at 4k rpm, same thing... you actually see the change in idle and on the tach
Now i have it engaging @5k rpm, cant really tell then because of the boost but i would say its pretty effective. i will try it on the Dyno when i take my car and will post the results.

the VCT just changes the intake cam timing. No lift tho u would need VVL for that and it's not in any RB motor.

The ecu controls it. I don't think it stays on all the time, prob idle to 4500 maybe then it brings the cam back to zero degrees?

With a standalone ecu like Microtech etc. you can make it turn on whenever you want

the S13 made 597 on 18psi pump, race gas tune comes later this season... hopefully in the 800s

I have an experience to share with you guys. Once I was in a remote place, my signal in my phone got jammed, i thought the problem would be with my service provider.
