OK

I've figured it out.You need the Skyline reserviour. If you do NOT have it, you can get it from a Q45, J30 or a S13 Hicas. Not all of them have it only certain J30's and I believe older Q45's.

I got that and I went to this place Hose's plus and got some 3/4" Powersteering hose.Because Pepboys people are idiots.

If anyone needs one of these hose's let me know, I picked up two.

I'll post up some pics soon.

I'm gonna move the reservoir to behind the headlight like Darius, since this one is taller and it will be in the way of my IC piping.Plus it looks cleaner too.

Just a followup to the heater hose issue. I have found that it only takes about two weeks before heater hose starts to sweat power steering fluid. gawdzirra is so smart!! I think I will put a temporary PS hose in now and move the PS feed line project up to this fall.

Matt if you need that hose let me know.Or if you need a custom hose made. They only charged me $8.00 for 1.5' of 3/4" PS hose. They can do SS and whatever else you need.

I'll try to work on the car so I can get some pics up.

Thanks for the offer! I think all I'll need is maybe 8 inches. I'll just hit the store tonight and see what I can round up.

i know this is an old post...but can anybody tell me what size fitting is on the power steering pump? the high pressure line to the rack, as well as the one going to the reservoir. is it 16x1.5? What about the stainless steel line for the high pressure? powerflex hose? any series? thanks

There is a thread that details how to make your own high pressure PS line in the RB forum but I can't remember what that fitting size is. M16x1.5 sounds right though. Make sure you use hose that is rated for high pressure. Powerflex power steering hose is rated at 2500 psi.

i would clock the compressor housing to the top and then either weld on a 90* bend onto the housing and cut the IC pipe to fit.

or, get a 90* coupler off the top of the compressor and run it to the IC pipe

(just like shocker said)

you can always cut hardline hoses and replace with high pressure flex hose (or be bad a** and do SS lines with sexy fittings)

i did a similar type of thing on my RB26 when i did my single swap.
