You can go ahead and legally smog exempt your vehicle at anytime, before or after an SR20/RB25 swap. Smog exemption exempts your vehicle from smogging altogether.... for those of you with SR20/RB25 swaps, you can legally smog exempt your car once and forget about smog forever, or go look for the homie Pepe to smog your car every 2 years like a dope fiend and pay alot more $$$ for a crooked smog......

Just so everone know the real facts, the smog laws apply to every one in every state because there Federal laws and right now only California and a few other inforce them. With the change in congress and GREEN is in look for ALL STATES being forced to enforce them real SOON>>>>>> OBTY if your remove the NG OR PRP from your car at any time you loose your free pass and are subject to fines...You can have your hood and trunk poped to check during a traffic stop....

if a car is older then ten years i dont think it matters anyway even if its federal, i do know that it is a federal thing and if you get caught driving without a cat on your car youll get a fine, i got pulled over in florida for having a "modified muffler system" just because the redneck cop didnt like the car i was driving.

The jig is up grosspolluter and hazw8st... I just did a search of all your posts and you guys are clearly working together. Grosspolluter goes around posing as some random member, by asking fake questions on smogging your car and then giving thanks immediately to hazw8st for "hooking it up"

Although I have no comments as to the whether or not hazw8st's claims on being able to smog exempt is true, I find these tactics of advertising shady and manipulative. If you need to promote your business, I would much appreciate real opinions from real people who have recently done this, and have not had any problems.

What this means is, the driver would have the performance of an RB motor, and it will pollute the same as the OEM setup.
