For reference, a 2006 Yamaha Majesty, in all its, erm..... majesty.

We kept bugging him and he got to the point where I thought he was literally gonna come across the desk at me, then finally stormed out. We also broke it down to the point that a Ninja 250 would have cost $8 more a month to operate before he got all pissy and stormed out. I then decided to break down the math on the board, factoring in purchase price of a used Yamaha R6 (with no interest, since I didn't know when interest rates changed/ how much), and he came out in the red. Pretty far in the red, actually.
He once again got all pissy and tried to defend himself, trying to make the turning point that his scooter runs regular instead of premium. (which apparently makes for a $.60 difference in price. My original calculations are mostly still intact.

After his re-calculations, factoring in a $.60 difference per gallon price, HE WAS STILL IN THE RED!
So he got all pissy again and left for home, since our shift was over. I decided I'd redo the math, since I made a couple errors in fuel prices, and leave it for him to find next time he was in, using a vehicle of similar mileage to the R6, with an even cheaper purchase price, a '95 Hunda Civic. Either one of these replacement vehicles wouldn't get him near as much flak, but he refuses to believe us. My re-calculations:

So if I just stop posting one day, you guys will know why. Guy brought a gun in and offed me and my whole shop.
