I think a picture will go a long way in helping us figure out what you're asking about.

There is at least one plug in the passenger footwell that goes nowhere on most cars. Not sure what its for as every S I have ever ripped apart has had it just hanging out.

Did you have the whole wiring harness out of the car, or what work did you perform?

Check your grounds, missing the one behind the passenger headlight with wreak havoc on the whole electrical system. What problems are you having exactly?

Ok so yea the harness has been out of the car
I didn't know about the headlight ground I'll try that
The problems I am having is I'm not getting spark or fuel my pump
Won't prime I can put my teeth on the plugs and turn the car over and nothing everything else works
But it won't start things I have taken out since engine replacement
Ac And parts interior even dash had too looking for the clips
Grounds I have are to the diff the battery to chassis the one on the valve cover near
The intake manifold to the chassis and that's it my fuses are all good my relays are all good I'm stumped
Ecu and harness are both in good working condition just recently purchased

Make sure all the wiring harness grounds are in and good. IIRC there is a ground from the harness to the intake manifold, a ground from the harness to the chassis behind the headlight, and a ground from the harness to the firewall behind the valve cover. You need them all or the ECU won't have enough power to turn on the main relay for the fuel pump, or the coils.
