I will install them soon.As far as traction goes, if you are looking for straight line peformance, correct the camber but if you are all about handling and dont mind wearing tires, leave the negative camber.I do have wheel hop but I plan to get subframe spacers to alleviate it.

i have some whiteline springs and i measured a drop of just about 1.5" front and rear (claimed 1.75" drop) so it should be a similar drop to the sportlines and im also using camber correction eccentric bolts(whiteline ones) on the rear. i set them as positive as possible and got the camber down to -1.3 degrees in the rear. still pretty aggressive camber for dragging. did you order a set of bolts for both the inner & outer bushings or just one set? i only have the inner ones installed on mine so more adjustment is available with some outer bushings/bolts

315's?!? I know single turbo Supra guys who aren't even running rear tires that wide. What's the point of going for such a huge contact patch?

i think it would add to the bada$$ factor. At least other 240sx's coming up from behind on him will know he's got some meat on those wheels for a reason.

completely off topic, but I'd think with performance tires on a 2800 lb car and 315 width... wouldn't that thing be a hydroplaning beast in the wet?

Well, the 315 are for several reasons:1- The mean looks..!! When u pull up to a mustang or camaro or whatever it is, and it has 12 inch wide tires in the rear, u dont mess with them...2- I need the traction. I have a torque monster ka-t. I have put on 265's in the rear and still spin up to 3rd gear.3- Im getting those 315's NEW for VERY CHEAP..!! I might as well take advantage.!!4- I wana see the attention i get when i pull up in a240sx with such WIDE *** tires in the rear...

Sorry guys I'm not as smart like you. LIke structure said I just scanned over it. OH well. Did you happen to run that cam before the turbo? If so is it worth getting before the turbo or more of a hindrance to the low end.

i had the cam before the turbo as well. It depends what u mean as a hindrance though. Yes, i did lose some low end torque but horsepower was gained(peak power).I noticed an increase in power obviously in the upper rpms which the stock cams do not promote on the ka. So when I am racing someone on the highway, I would perform better with the cams but when I am drag racing, it kinda bogs down low due to less torque and the obvious turbo lag.I would say the cams are worth it but it all depends on the intent of your car(drag, street, autocross, dyno king).

aint that the truth. And also, 800 rwhp supras only running 12s at the track is a disgrace.

Is that supposed to be funny or is there really a 800hp supra that can only run 12's? If so how fast does it go in the top end?

its a high trap speed due to their outrageous horsepower, but too much power on indep. rear suspension, no weight transfer and not enough traction will give a crappy time.

There's a joke among Supra owners...

What do 600, 700 and 800 horsepower Supra's have in common?

They all run 12 second quarter miles.

Supra's have big problems getting hooked up. Also, most of the big hp Supra guys are running laggy, single turbo setups. They are great for top end power, but difficult to get spooled going down the 1320.

That's not to say that Supra's can't be fast. During the Sport Compact Drags at Pomona, I saw some 9 and 10 second passes done by Supra's. Those guys were running drag radials and had two step launch control (AEM).
