My old knobs were in a little rough shape.
PROS:

They are a little longer than the OEM ones, so a tad bit easier to grab and turn
Mine were a direct fit, I didn't have to wrap the old stems with paper or Teflon tape to make them fit.
CONS:
The replacement knobs took almost 2 weeks to be shipped.
Plus, I ended getting a larger size after buying the first set based on the link Larz posted.
Those fit just fine and you actually see more of the orange backlighting at night, but they seemed a little too small to me, so I went with the larger size.
Top knob is 21 x 17 mm
Middle knob is OEM
Bottom knob is 23 x 17 mm

I negotiated to $7.75 shipped (made that offer) instead of the $8.99, plus that is for 4 knobs too.
