A reflash would also help with the throttle issues. A real one that is.
See, I'd go and get a real reflash with (with an osiris tune i'm assuming you are talking about), but the reason I haven't yet is because I dont think something like that would be feasibile/effective with this CVT.

We cant dyno with it, so how are they supposed to tune it and know for certain that they are getting the most out of it other than messing with the A/F ratio?

I'm sure that adding a transmission cooler would make our cars perform better for "spirited" or "aggressive" driving, based off of my transmission's reactions to such driving the other night.

for those who wanted to know my best run numbers:
r/t= .8 (sleeping on my first run) :facepalm2
60'= 2.272
330= 6.269
1/8= 9.429
mph= 77.67
1000= 12.181
1/4= 14.534
mph= 94.57

Hey guys, first time posting in this massive thread lol.

So I have an '11 3.5 Coupe and want to get this Y pipe but I am not sure if it will fit. Could someone clarify if it will? As far as I know, Nissan didn't change anything below the belt, actually anything at all but still, Could I get some clarification before I purchase?

Thanks

you could try to call nissan and ask them on any specific changes. or racingline regarding the fitment of the y-pipe?

or take note of the return policy on RL's site, buy it, install it, and see if it fits/is good or not. if not, return it (?). kinda risky though if they dont accept returns under conditions when its been installed.

Yeah, i called up the service center of a few dealers and all said the same. They just changed paint codes and nothing else. It should fit without a problem. So I went ahead the other day and pulled the trigger on it. waiting for it to come is torture lol

It's been well over a year... not sure we'll see one. There are lots of different options there. The Y-Pipe is the best bang-for-the-buck bolt on mod for the 3.5 coupe. You should grab one and post some videos with your Stillen catback!

Also - great use of the search feature!

I like search. I hate when there are like 80 different threads on a forum and their all about the same thing...that is annoying.

I plan to get one, but it'll be a little while before I do. I'm working on making an intake right now...more to come on that later though...
