I am 6'-210lbs before Thanksgiving and I have a Sparco pro 2000. It's not installed yet but it is freakin' awesome. It hugs like a sob around the hips but gives me enough upper torso room to feel comfortable driving. I put it in front of my tv and play Forza 2

Hey guys, newbie here. I've got a 98 s14/240sx. I've been searching for topics on this issue when I found this thread. I'm only 5'10" but my head is IN the headliner if I sit up straight at all. I must be all torso. As a matter fact I have to ride with the sunroof open to help out. Also, I'm fat, like 44 inch waist fat.

I have my seat reclined back so far that my arms are stretched all the way out to wheel. I can't slide forward anymore because my feet are up on the pedals.

I've read about the buddy club seat and the only thing I don't like about it is the side bolsters come up so far that I wouldn't be able to twist in the seat to get in and out of the car when I can't open my door all the way. Plus who knows if my sandwich eating *** would fit.

I've also read the suggestion to bolt the stock seats to the floor, and while I'm thinking about it, I'm not the only one who drives my car.

In the time that the thread was active has anyone came across any new seats that might fit what I need? Thanks!

id like to know if a 32 inch waist would count as a "small asian" or something. with all the different widths of seats, theres no way im able to tell which ones would benefit me.

6'3, 175 pounds. 32 waist. im already gonn want the sidemount so i can get as low as possible, but what size, width wise, would be best.

Im 6'3 215lbs and i have both megan racing seats in my car with the megan rails. The buddy clubs DEF sit lower but only by about a inch or so. On the plus side Megan makes a reclinable non bucket seat. So if you have wide hips it accomodates you. I know personally buckets are just to small for me. I haven't sat in the buddy club mainly because i couldn't afford them. For 250 a seat shipped +150 for the rails. Its a really good way to spruce up your interior and still ride comfortably. My head is about 3 inches from the top in my s13 with sunroof. so you should be fine.
