R33 or r32 crossmember for s14/rb25det?

which crossmember do i need? Or is using a good mount kit better?

mckinney/tophat/etc vs. r32/r33 crossmemeber with what mounts is a better combo. i hear the mount kits are weak or vibrate to much and then i hear that you get worn mounts wit the stock mount setup?
