E10 and F12 connect to one another, they're wire-to-wire. It's very doubtful that's where the problem is. You have two connectors at the compressor, F1 is for the clutch (Blue and Black wires), the other is F64 for the ECV (swash plate, Yellow and Beige wires). You need to see 12V on Blue and ground on Black.

Do you mean the the wire from E10/F12 goes directly to F1? I measured on the top of connector assembly. So it was pin 13 of F12? The strange thing - when I ran IPDM "secret" test I heard 5 clicks from IPDM (relay?) and same time 5 soft clicks from compressor area (?). Same time pin 13 does not show anything (disconnected) when AC off and full 14v then AC on and 5 pulses during the test. What could click in compressor area?

If you heard clicks from the compressor area then chances are the clutch works. Have an assistant start the test so you can eyeball the clutch. If you can see it move then your problem is something else.

Just confirmed the clutch is dead. Compressor is accesed from the top. Not from wheel side. Just need to remove air intake. So I could meagure resistance right on the clutch wires. The question is: HOW TO REPLACE CLUTCH??? It is just $75CAD on Amazon but looks like it quite job to replace it

Correct, across the two terminals on the connector. I don't know what the exact resistance should be, but most of them run 3~6 ohms.

It is quite a job, and it can't usually be done on the car because you need to rig a puller. So since you're yanking the compressor anyway, you're usually better served to get a reputable aftermarket compressor. RockAuto has new TYC and Four Seasons for under $300 US and Four Seasons remans for $200 US.

You don't, if you have the right tools and want to do the extra work. If you don't have the right tools, don't be surprised if you end up with a bent pulley or a bad shaft seal. It's not a "prybars in the driveway" sort of job.
