im new to the forum an i have a 2002 nissan pathfinder se 2wd. i have 22x8.5 rims with +20 offset on it with hankook 265 40 22 tires. overall tire height is 30.35 inchs had a lil rubbing issues with it hitting the front inner fender at bout quarter turn an none any more during turning the wheel so i just drilled new holes in the bottom of the bumper an move the inner fender mounting holes foward to fix that problem im interested in useing the 4x4parts 2" lowering kit. i know the rear will be fine but not to sure about the front i have about 3.75 inches b4 my tires hit the top of the fender well any help with this would help alot before i buy the springs
also i interested in the addco front an rear sway bars the front is 1 1/8 an rear is 7/8 have any of yall used these do the make a difference in handling. i am also goin use the "missing link" suspension upgrade aka control arm brace

Have any pics of your path? Im the only one on here i think lowered,

Also depending on how many miles you have i would consider knocking out a bunch of other suspension work when you have it apart.

Spring/summer wheels i have 20x9 wheels with 265/45/20 rubber. If you lower you will rub inner fenders when turning. Mine are about a perfect fit in the front, i have maybe 1.5cm of room between the tire and fender before it would rub.

Here is my thread which should help you out

i have 135k miles ive replaced the shocks an struts bout 10k miles ago when i replaced all the rear control arm bushings ill be replacing the sway bars an sway bar bushings an swaybar endlinks an strut mounts since they were not replaced when i had it done when i do the lowering springs. i think ill have enough room when i lower just kind of scared that they will rub an my new tires aint even a year old since i upgraded from the 265 35 22 hankook tires. i would hate 2 downsize the tire or sell the springs

The scoop looks nice although it makes it look like an xterra. Very nice scoop anyway. Love it

thanks man i didnt know if it posted the pics because all i can see is a lil loading icon yeah its fiberglass it has some weight i modified a mustang gt hood grille to fit inside it. people think im crazy for putting so much money into it but i like the fact its different i never see one in the cars shows when i put mine in. ill post some updated pics of the new paint an interior an stuff it no longer has the pin stripe or the chrome fender pieces the roof rack an step bars have been painted to match an all the dull black pieces like handles an step bar covers an such have been painted gloss black. its goin back to my friend in a couple months to get stage 2 done painting my mirrors an mud flaps an plastic piece in front of windshield gloss black. an paint the calipers an drums to match the truck an get a hood strut kit put on so i can get rid of the hanger rod. Is there any performance things i can do?
i have the k&n air intake a dual exhaust an thats it. i would like to get a tune done for it but i dont know of any good tuners in my area of middle tn

Well mine is turbocharged lol..so I think intake and exhaust are the only mods. I will be installing a haltech for a tune very soon, but they are pretty expensive. I will update soon about the exact Haltech model. Check out my thread: nismo-turbo-pathfinder-t548658.html

cool ride, i personally really dont like the side vents, especially if they are just a stick on piece of plastic that dosnt really do anything, so thank god you removed it.

does the hood scoop work?

na but it can done though i could plumb it up to my intake like a ram air intake ive been thinking bout how to keep the water out ive came up with using 2 offset baffles like the stock WS6 ram air hood has or could drill holes at the lowest point of the plumbing so the water can leak out or could use a blocker plate were i cut the hood out which would have tiny holes in it to let air in an help keep water out
