I just bought a toggle switch with a saftey cover from autozone. Pilot brand for 10 bucks. I have the blue LED light windsheild sprayers and i dont know why they wont work... The switch has Two positive terminals and no negitive... So I ran a power wire from the battery to the switch and another wire from the other + terminal to the lights. Then a ground wire from the lights to the - on the battery.... Is this correct? please let me know.. Thanks, jake.

Actually on my first car I removed everything I could. The interior and trunk were stripped spare the dash and front seats. The engine bay was also stripped, and all the vacuum controls were removed. I also replace the whole air box assembly with a screen on top of the carb.

The screen name says it all. Put down the 2F2F dvd.

Probably the only things that worked on my first car were the lights. LED washers didn't exist back then when I was a young lad.

It might be possible that your battery is refusing to power such a lame accessory.

Wasn't the diagram you are thanking him for EXACTLY what you said you had hooked up originally?

Or wait, did you say that you ran one wire from battery [+] to the switch, one from the battery [+] to the light, and one from battery [-] to the light? Please tell me you didn't?

No real experience with LEDs but since its a light emitting diode does it only allow current flow in one direction? Try switching which contact is positive and which is ground on the light its self.

(p.s. nozzle light are really really gay. No I did not want some stupid **** like that on my first car...)

Leave him alone. I bet he's just trying to fit in with the cool 'tuner' kids at school. Not everyone was as self-assured in high school as you were.

Ridiculing the lame **** people do to there cars is so pointless: you won't convince them to take it off, and you just sound like a prick.

Yeah man, cause that Stage 2 Weight Reduction® is so hardcore and not ricey in anyway.

Do people actually read what they write before they post anymore? Jesus.

taking off my blue lights aren't gonna make it any better, just like your stage 2 weight reduction.

I once saw a mid 80s Maxima with a wall-type light switch in the center console. No idea what it went to.

Have you ever been in a fully stripped car?Its not necessary for the street at all, but if you don't care it does make an insane amount of difference...

Now someone tell me if I am right damn it, do LEDs only allow current flow in one direction?

Actually, at that point in time it was not. Stripping the interior, was not the cool thing to do like it is now. Weight reduction does in fact have a effect on the performance of the car. Not to mention tweaking the carb accentuated that.

Just because you thought stupid lights were cool back then, maybe still do judging by your attitude, has no bearing on my actions. Maybe you should heed your own advise.

A little ridicule is ok, some people take things too far, but its still necessary. Most car mods have a time and a place, they fit in somewhere. Blue wahsers fit in with poorly executed unpainted body kits, and over sized wings, attached to a car in the high school parking lot. Thats just the way it is.

Sorry, you have hit the fail-wall hard. Hope you were wearing your (5 point harness-ed) seatbelt.

I agree with (JimmyMethod). You failed because, A- my car does not have a body kit, and B- the back has no wing and the car is debadged so its very clean looking. So dude, you got nothin on my car besides the sprayers and they were meant for a joke so some friends who used to smoke. So too bad you dont know what your talking about.
