Well he bought it for $1500 so that would tell you it wasn't in good shape. The car actually made another appearance when they played "football" and got pretty cracked up in that adventure.

That dude said wet shot like he knew WTF he was talking about. He shoulda dropped his upgrade money on new injectors, plugs and a NICO ECU. He coulda put that b**** on stage 3, bypassed the governor, knock sensors and o2 sensors and he would have cold crapped his pants like my wife does in my Q when it takes off like a bat out of HELL when hits 4k rpms and almost hits 60 in first gear :) I wonder if that JWT ECU bypasses those punk smooth sensors in it's program? IDK, I still have my original motor and I don't wanna replace it after hitting 220 mph on the highway after hitting the nitrous pipe.

Actually with a NICO ECU (If my memory serves the engine rev limit is raised to 7400 RPM's) you can go up to 233 MPH before hitting the rev limiter in fourth gear. But that's not accounting for drag. I would say 190-200 MPH on a great day but 170-180 MPH doesn't sound unreasonable.

Stage 3 the rev limiter is at 7800. Or at least damn close

LOL 200mph... :lolling:

No way your measly, give you the best bet 320BHP engine, can push past 160mph. It's just a fact. Learn about aerodynamics and you will know the energy needed to push past 150mph is very significant.

many 400HP class sports car with its bespoke aerodynamic bodies will have trouble getting to 200.

This dude sounds like those dudes on top rear. Do you have a 600 shot in that 96? Ill put my title against it RIGHT NOW. How about that. Yeah, in that 96 I can't see it. How about that 96 title says my 94 with a NICO ecu can't hit 200 on highway 40 over MO bridge or on 370 or 365 RIGHT NOW0, oil dripping all over the mani still smoking.

Ok, so I was drunk when I saw this last night. There is no reason why anyone should be going any faster than 120 mph on the highway. I think the new Infiniti concept makes that statement. But I'm sure my Q will do 200mph in a controlled environment, especially with a 200 shot of dry nitrous, no question, but I may have to replace the motor afterwords :)

to be fair, please be advised that my 94 is dropped 2 inches, bone stock, cept nico ecu and custom lower engine cover. I am pushing around 360 hp with the nico ecu. Why don't you tell Wes that? Have you read a thread on this site? Have you been to Q45.org?
