Q45 (1994) - Knock Sensor Replacement: ECU Reset?

thanks for your help i will do it in 2 to 3 weeks . i hear some says that there is a KS KIT?

also about the problem with my speed odometer , i also need to replace the Rack and Pinion , is there any sensor?

i read this info
The Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS) sends a signal to the speedometer and from there to the Power Steering Control Unit. So if the VSS has gone bad, it would kill both the speedometer and power steering.

about to change the sensor soon, my question is to i have to replace also the lower Intake Manifold Gasket???

do i have to replace the lower lower Intake Manifold Gasket , when I replace the ks ?

Not if you don't remove the lower runners. I've been successful changing that hose in the middle without removing them. It's tight, but lubricating the hose helps a lot.
