I'll start from the first reply ^^;;
No, no-one thought it was a Skyline yet ^^ But I do get stopped and asked about it alot. When they find out it only has 150hp they get all sad ; ; Well, actually it has about every bolt on you can think of, he replaced almost all of the engine. The only thing I have to do before I replace my engine is to get a new exaust.
Some shmuck wielded a 2 inch exaust directly to the VERY rusted cat/downpipe. It looks absolutly horrible, mind you, there is no frame rust, but the iron in the exaust definetly seen better days, and the resinator in it sounds like ***.
But other then that and put a wiremesh grill on the front, there is little more I need to do untill I get my SR20DET (I have decided to put that in, the RB25DETT is just a weee bit to much torque for how light this car is. Unless of course someone has one in thiers and can persuade me to do it to XD)
I plan on hopping on Ebay and buying a downpipe, 'High Flow Cat' (read, test pipe or 'strait pipe' :p), and a catback. The only thing that is stopping me so far is that I don't know what size the exaust manifold is. If it's 2.5 inches I am at a loss of what one to buy ^^ If it is 2.75 inches then I have a stainless steel one I am looking at for 200$ that goes to 3 inches so I can have my 3 inch test pipe and 3 inch exaust.
Does anyone know anything about a good place to buy thies? I really hate Ebay, because you'll see an exaust that says "240SX 95-96" And the danm thing is on a friggen RX-7 . . . And nothing says they hook up to a KA on Ebay, like, every single person who owns a 240SX has a SR engine in it. . . *shakes head* I'm still trying to find what I want to buy.
Right now I am only going to focus on fixing the ghetto exaust they have on it now. So if anyone has done this and likes the results they have, I'd love to hear what you put on yours. Also, I don't like resinators, just my thing, but I don't want people to hear me breaking the law ^^;;

Oh, also, I live in Payson Arizona, but my stomping grown is Phoenix ^^ Yes, I go there all the time. I am always looking for more people from Phoenix who loves cars!
The tires are 18 inch low profile tires. Also, it is alot lower then you think, I can't even go over a speedbump without hitting the front of the car on it. . . So I am going to buy new NON-lowpro tires as soon as money is willing ^^ It is lower on my priorities then fixing my exaust is. And the hood will take 3 seconds to find some place who does good hoods. So that's moot.
I took it to a place and they thought that the springs were cut instead of adding a lowering kit. Now I know the people who work at Nissan dealers and not 'Bad' people, but I worked at a place like that once. They will say anything to get rid of people. Since it was to low to get on the lift, they prolly just made up something. "TEST DRIVE NO TO BAD HAS AFTERMARKET RIMS TIRES STRUT SPRINGS ECT CAN HELP THIS PROBLEM" Yeah, I know this is shorthand, but still. I say cop out.
