I was talkin to my nissan dealer for the last few days and he was supposed to call me back and he hasn't yet. He specifically told me he was going to call me back that day after figuring out what kind of financing was available to me. He hasn't called me in 2 days and he has ignored my 2 emails (to which he previously was replying back pretty fast). ... wtf is going on ?

If one dealership isn't giving you a pleasant experience, then move on to the next!

I'm in a similar situation. The dealer found me a new 2009 super black 3.5 SE three days ago which is probably the last one anywhere near me. He was supposed to get back to me but hasn't yet. We talked about price and he said if I take the 0% financing I can get it at around 29240 + tax...which seems a bit high considering it's a year old car technically although still new. He said if I took the rebate it would then be 27500 or so but then I'd have to get a 4% financing or something of that sort...don't know what's going on.

Nissan also got rid of their deal on their website and are going to put up a new one (probably this time for the 2010 model).

yea it seems kinda high considering the 2010 is just a thousand more it seems? I've been in touch with both kraft and flowers nissan....kraft couldn't find me a 09, flowers found me one at another dealer which he said he can trade one of his cars to get that car to his place.....but now he's MIA...

yeah I bought a 2.5. The invoice price on the '10 was $26,975. I got a pretty good deal buying it for $26,500 including tax & licenses. Raz, $29,000+tax for an '09 3.5 seems way too high. Around 26-27,000 would be ideal. If the dealer hasn't responded, he probably has another taker. Good luck trying to get the 3.5 if u can find one. Getting the car is one thing, feeling positive about the experience is another. U shouldn't have a bad taste in ur mouth from a shady salesman.

yea you're right. It's great that you found the car you wanted and so quickly too...I've been waiting forever. I'll probably have to end up with a 2010...maybe it will turn out better in the end (crosses fingers)...prob won't have any ext mods avail for it for a while though.

Hey guys

Is now a good time to buy a new 2010 model? Or should I wait a few weeks or a month to get some better deals? (say for thanks giving or christmas or winter)...do they have deals during those times? I Don't know

I just went to the stealerships and i can say for right now, its a bad time to buy the '10 a/c. They gave me an estimate for about 27k for a red 2.5 with the technology package (bose, navi, 9.3 hard drive w/ ipod and bluetooth connectivity). I dont know about you guys but when i bought my 2.5 it was about 20k, unless the tech package adds another 7k? 27k is around 3.5/ maxima range plus you have to keep in mind about the sales tax and what not.

Surely the 2.5 for 20k was recently? When the car is a year old, yet still 'new' right? There isn't much difference in the 2.5 fully loaded and the 3.5 now...except the engine imo, which is why the 2.5 with all the techs costs so much now.

well here are pics of the coupe taken from my camera phone when it was snowing in Houston. Couldn't wait any longer since a few others posted their 2010's hehe. Next time I post pics, hopefully it'll have a little upgrade in rims & suspension, not to mention a wax job.
