once again thanks guys. I am very lucky!

r34-gtr I will have a screamer pipe most likely dumped under the car, poissibly with a muffler from a 2-stroke dirt bike that I have laying around (just to see what it sounds like)

meangreen- lemme know where you need the pictures. Those rods are for sale if your interested! $225 shipped.

UPDATE!!!!I just got done ordering my manifold (ssac) and my gt 4-bolt----to--- 3" v-band" a set of 3" v-bands, oil inlet fitting, (3) 14mm banjo bolts with 3/8" barb fittings for coolant feed and return, along with the turbine inlet and outlet gaskets. Next week I'll order my wastegate, then whenever I receive my cams I can finish her up. I'll keep everyone posted

Looking good.

Good to see you using gloves in the garage, the missus is worth it. Otherwise I'd call you names for avoiding getting your hands dirty. :-)

[email protected] i stated above. I dont need ot buy any, my motor seems to be an EXTREMELY low mileage engine for a CA due to how the main bearings looked, im just not going to pull the entire thing apart... yet, i just want to look at the rods as well as i can before i decide if ill ever need pauter or not

Ok guys I finally got some updated pics fo yall!!!!

And for my favorite!!!

And thats all the pictures I have so far. But i've got the water and oil lines ready to go on, Got all the coolant and vacuum lines ready, Also have the water pump bolted on, the t-stat housing, and the hall sensor bracket mounted along with the alternator.

I've also ordered my wastegate last thursday, so it should be here middle of this coming week. At the point I will drop the engine in with everything bolted up and ready to go besides the cams, Which Im also expecting by the end of next week. Soo if all goes as planed, I should be able to get it going hopefully by the following weekend if not the next. Woo-HOO!!!

I promise that I will hit the dyno by half way through November, which gives me time to get things straightened out (downpipe, hot/cold pipes/ tuning and break-in)

I had the same manifold on my car with a TO4E turbo and the center of the turbo rubbed on the bottom of the brake master cylinder and caused the fluid to boil so you should check it out first before you get the whole setup in

That's not the scary part. The scary part is that he licks it off afterwards.

UPDATE!!!!

Put the engine in to make sure everything will clear before I tighten everything down....... and

The turbine is about an 1/8th inch away from the BMC/fender. And the waste gate is about a half inch from the fender..... FU*K! It clears but its too tight for me. So im going to make my own manifold. Prolly gunna mount the turbo up by the front of the engine, kinda by the dipstick tube area, that way I can have plenty of room for a downpipe and the oil/water lines. I'll up-date pictures as I go. As for now Im just going to cut the flanges off of the SSAC manifold and go from there. Then get a couple of 90* and 45* 1-1/2" butt-welds. .... Or I can just chop off the turbo flange and mount it about an inch closer to the engine and all will be gravy but I dunno.

All that money and you are going to run SDS?

Spend a little more money and get AEM.

Sick build so far bro.

Sorry I haven't chimed in sooner.

Looks like she'll be siiiiiick once you finally get her all set. And although I didn't go through the the same steps as you, mine was still down for freaking forever due to unplanned issues... but the wait is worth it lol.

after much research and testimonials about both systems, I think the SDS suits my needs better. I also dislike the stock CAS and COP design. Also Its quiet a bit $500+/- more for the AEM, then the UEGO, and a laptop which I dont have, Also most of the wires in the factory harness were getting old, brittle and corroded. If I feel that the SDS is not sufficient enough(which I feel it is very sufficient for anything that I will ever throw at it)

zero_gripS13..... Thanks man, Im doig my best to get her going. Im waiting for a return email regarding a manifold, If that doesn't go through then I will be building my own t3 top mount. All I am waiting on is my cams to come in. Which should be very soon, hopefullly. Then I will get her up and runnng within a week or so.

UGH!!!!!!!!!!! I can't wait

AEM is configable to most postion sensors. It also has boost control, so that $300-400 you are spending on a boost control you could use to the box. Aem also has ALOT more features.

AEM also has internal and true datlogging , not some small screen. You still have to buy a wideband for either.
