I had a Buddy of mine get this information from "ALLDATA". I have a couple of Pictures But I can't figure out how to attach them here.
According to this there is an "Intake Air Duct" that runs under the starter that must be removed first. That would be the Only Thing that I would Be Wary of, But Other than That The Starter replacement seems relatively Simple and Straight Forward.
Infiniti J30 V6-181 3.0L Starter Removal and Installation
1. Remove the Negative Battery Cable
2. Remove the Intake Air Duct
3. Remove Starter Motor Bolts
4. Remove Battery Cable from Starter Motor
5. Disconnect Harness connector from Starter Motor
6. Remove Starter Motor from under Vehicle
7. Installation Procedure is the Reverse Order of Removal
I So Hope this Helps Someone In the Future If its needed.
