problems with Nismoparts.com

The problem is NISSAN JAPAN we have tons on parts on B.O. since FEB.09 We used to get in 7-10 days now some have been on order for 8 month....

Like I said, they are waiting to run one big batch because of the economy. Besides, s13 & s14 are fairly old car, so priority is not high. I ordered one switch and Nissan Japan said waiting time is 5-6 months. It's either you get it right away or wait forever.

good luck resolving this, i've had nothing but great experiences from nismoparts.com the only issue i had is that they switched to dhl for shipping. my last package from them was so ripped up i didn't have to open the box. there was a gapping hole and i just pulled my item out

DHL sucks no matter what. I had ONLY ONE part shipped (small part, for my Kawi 636) and one tab was broken, and the package was ripped. As for restocking fee - that is TOTAL BULLSH1T! With the economy so f|_|cked up right now, everyone is just trying to get that dollah from ya. Fight it.

I know this is an old thread..but have you actually received the bumper? I called them to asked if they had any instock yesterday and the guy said he had a few on order but didnt know when he was going to get them to his warehouse.

i canceled the order days ago. and went to west covina nissan for my bumper...they had it at my door in like 10 days...hit them up

West Covina eh? I had both of them favorited (but I thought they were the same place?), as I am on the lamb for a Zenki Silvia grill. I saw it on Nismoparts, but some of this thread is giving me pause. Good to know you finally got that bumper. Did you ever get the Nismo stickers and Silvia badge? lol

I checked their website.. for me its actually cheaper ordering from nismoparts because of no tax and I have a coupon i can use that'll deduct ~$45 from my shipping. Both front and rear bumper would have cost me ~$510 shipped from nismoparts as opposed to westcovina...for around the same price I get front bumper and turn signals

Try NissanParts.cc as well- Russell is the man over there. I ordered from a couple of the places mentioned in this thread in the past and never got any communication, so I cancelled.

I understand it is tough to get some of these JDM things, but that should always be communicated right away. NissanParts.cc has always been great about telling me when something isn't in stock at the moment- but usually, they have it ready to go. The best source for OEM/JDM parts IMO.

i had a jdm kouki front bumper, turn signals, and rear valances on order from nismo parts. they said two weeks when i ordered. when two weeks went by i called them and they said they dont know who said that because they are on back order and wont know when they come in. i waited about 4 months and wrecked my car before i got the parts. i called them and canceled my order and they told me that the parts were being shipped to them. i got a full refund

my friends brother bought s15 headlights and one came cracked so he sent it back and he has been waiting for it for over a year..... still waiting
