Ive had this before, ordered RB parts from them it took about 3 months to get them. It isnt nismoparts.com its Nissan that is delaying it. Either they have to make the part or track one down. Nismoparts is a Nissan dealership I dont think they are trying to screw anyone.

Dispute the payment with the bank or credit card... Since you never got the part you shouldn't have to pay a restocking fee.

just dispute it as no receipt of purchase, full refund usually

good luck resolving this, i've had nothing but great experiences from nismoparts.com the only issue i had is that they switched to dhl for shipping. my last package from them was so ripped up i didn't have to open the box. there was a gapping hole and i just pulled my item out

I ordered my pair of OE S15 headlights, core radiator support, and lightning emblem from them just a couple of months ago from them.

I received the full package about 2 months later after the order date because they needed to order another RH headlight. Then they sent me a RH kouki light instead of a passenger S15 HL on the first full shipment, then another driver's headlight I already have on the 2nd shipment. Finally, after the third shipment, got all my correct passenger side S15 HL and ship them back their kouki HL and extra silvia drivers side HL.

Was very frustrating for the wait time and contacting, but I'm glad I got my stuff from them, they were great on their net prices and they came through with it.

My core radiator support package had torn corners through the cardboard too, but that was due to the sharp metal corners I'm guessing.

Here some pics of the shipment

It's Nissan doing this, so be patient. I ordered s13 trunk liner through Courtesy and it took about 4 months to receive it. I also paid RHDJapan for some parts, and I've been waiting for 3 months now. What they told me was economy is really slow in Japan, so Nissan waits months to have good size orders to run a next batch. Who can blame them?

I ordered some pumps for my rb and the full gasket set which is of corse on back order. The pumps i got quickly and all was well. But it took five phone calls in the span of a month to get a refund for a backordered gasket set...a quick refund... not so hard...

i wasn't exceedingly happy with them but I got the money back.... i prob won't be dealing with them anymore

Fnck restock fees. Tell them you want a tracking number or you will be disputing the transaction with your credit card. They can't charge you a restock fee for something you never received.

What a company.... sounds like they have no stock at all. Granted time to time things are on backorder, but if you don't have the item to sell don't sell it! I don't think its legit to sell something you don't have while your customer floats you the money.

Call them up

It's not just nismoparts.com. Most famous dealerships(courtesy...etc) do the same thing. I believe parts are comng through Nissan Motorsports in TN. It's Nissan Motorsports and Nissan Japan doing this crap. Why parts are so cheap? Because container comes in once every 2-3 months. I ordered something when Nissan Motorsports moved from CA to TN and it was just nightmare. I got it eventually after 6 months.

Be patient, parts coming from japan usually take about that time to come in, the restocking fee is usually charged because they already made the order, if you cancel the order it will still be shipped to the dealer no matter what, so they have to put it on the shelf, dealer pays for the part and space for the part, thing is if they do say its in stock then why does it take so long? There is no tracking number because it wasn't sent yet, if you're buying it new they are still waiting for the manufacturer to fill the order, if they send just the bumper from japan they lose money for shipping one item when a whole order of things could have gone also, like I said if you order brand new parts prepare to have a good waiting time, people never get that especially that it has to pass customs and they can't open new packages like that (so I've been told) but used parts seem to get in faster because they can open to check those faster, hope this helps in any way.

i understand long back orders from japan but a restocking fee should only be charged if the consumer was not informed of the inconvenience. If the website clearly states that some items are on a backorder then I'd say it's fair game.
