well, my clutch is slipping, I cant dump it into second or third gear without it slipping, its an RPS stage 2, 6 puck with turbo pressure plate, Ive got about 10,000 miles on, and it was properly broken in. Ever since I installed the clutch Ive been having a problem with the clutch dragging even when the clutch is in, like if I pull up to traffic, put it in first and let the clutch out, but then have to put the clutch back in, it wont disengage from gear until I step on the brake or yank it out of first. Now at first I thought it was the hydrolic system, Ive got a new slave, and the damper box is removed, Im also running DOT 5 fluid. Ive spoken with RPS about this and they seem to think that it is most likely a bent clutch puck, causing the clutch disc to bind on the input shaft and not letting it release from the flywheel, this in turn will cause premature failure. Id like to know if anyone else has ever had this problem. Luckily the guys at RPS are willing to warranty it

sorry for the long post

I have RPS and no problem for me. I have their Max Street. Full face disc w/ blue pressure plate.

Try adjusting the rod on the MC. Ive had a similar problem when I had a DIFFERENT clutch setup. It would not disengage even with the clutch pressed all the way and would be very difficult to get it to go in and out of gear. I adjusted the rod on the MC and that solved the problem.

I also run an RPS (Thanks for the tip BTW Ilikemy240sx). Only problem I ran into was the clutch wasn't fully disegaging, all I had to do there was lengthen the MC rod and I was good to go.

I dont have any problems getting it in or out of gear, it only binds when the engine speed is close to the input shaft speed and there is not enough differential pressure to free the clutch plate from the flywheel. Its binding on the input shaft because the bent puck is not allowing the disc to sit flat against the flywheel
