then get $150 lowering springs if thats all you want. why spend extra money when what youre gonna buy you wont even use?

^^good point!

We've already been over this! If you want a softer ride, you need to look into some luxury brand cars. If you want a lower ride height, don't plan on adjusting suspension, want to make it look better, handle better, etc.... get lowering springs and call it done.

phil, i agree with every logical thing youre saying. these coilovers are in no way close to being as soft as stock. if anyone says theyre not that bad theyre lying. i have the 7/5 setup and there no where near to being as soft as stock. even with the 5/3.5 setup will still be stiff as ****. i dont mind the stiffness. i knew thats what these coilovers would bring. thats why i bought them, to have a much stiffer ride for better handling because everntually when i get settled with funds i will be hitting up parking lots and road courses on the weekend. if all you want is a nice looking stance then just get lowering springs. these coilovers are made to perform, not to ride around on the street with (even though you can, but thats now what theyre made for).

well lowering springs you have to buy shocks also, those would cost around $600 and are not adjustable. And screw softness, I'm goin for handling.

Actually, you can get kyb agx adjustable shocks for less than $400.

The coilovers come with a tag saying "for track use only". But someone in japan had them on his integra for one or two years, and they haven't gone bad. Those are japanese roads though.

157 lbs/in = 2.80 kgf/mm132 lbs/in = 2.36 kgf/mm205 lbs/in = 3.66 kgf/mm

The rear rate is progressive to counteract the cars factory understeer situation in hard cornering.

Hard springs doesn't equal handling ability. Especially on the street.

My car could outhandle a Formula 1 car on a bumpy road simply because while he is skating along, my suspension still has adequate dampening to absorb road irregularites.

If you want handling ability I'd suggest better tires before suspension.

You should make more sacrifice in tires than suspension.
