Problem w/QX4 power window

2002 QX4 Driver's side window rolls up but comes down about six inches and I have to roll it up by pressing and holding the power button. Do I need to replace the motor?

No, reset the window limiter switch. See BT-20 of the FSM. You'll need to remove the door panel, see this guide if you don't know how.
