I really don't know that much about cars so any help I can get I would appreciate it thanx.

use the ps rack that you have now, use the dohc or rb20 ps resevoir, use the 91-98 240sx lines.

yeah use 91+ lines or take the standard lines to a speciallist who deals with pressure fitting lines, if you give them an idea of the size you need, they can splice them togther as one so it fits.. that is what I did.

dont forget to disable the hicas half of the PS pump if you're using the pump from the rb20

no custom lines, you actually have to block off the rear banjo bolt that used to feed the hicas rack. first you have to take the PS pump off the engine and take it apart the rear housing. inside you will find the impeller with a bunch of little blades you can remove. remove all of them. after that put the pump back together. then you need to epoxy or weld over the holes in the banjo bolt, then use some teflon tape to seal it up when you screw it back into the rear housing. i think thats all there is to disabling the hicas side of the pump, someone correct me if i F'd something up.

This requires a little searching. I could tell you very easily, but searching will teach you more.

ok sorry I just got done researching and from what I read it's because all four wheel turn on a skyline when your making a turn and removing the hicas will stop that from happenig correct me if I'm wrong but that's what understood and alot of people do that to their cars anyway.

No reason to appologize.

Unless you're running HICAS on your 240SX, you have to block off the 2nd output from the rear of the pump. The reason you also have to take the pump apart and take the impellers off the wheel is pressure will build up and ruin your pump if you don't.

The part # for the ps belt, as reads on the belt for my rb20det is AY140-40945. This set of #'s is on the belt also 4PK945. I dont know where you can get one but I do know that autozone doesnt have a cross over belt for these #'s.

Someone said that a late 80's model Nissan Maxima PS belt works fine. I would ask to see one at advance or wherever and guesstimate the size on it

Bro if your looking to buy a bolt to plug it, your not going to find it unless you have some special hardware spot.

Just do what I did.Take out the rear banjo bolt and the hose that runs to the back.Get some tape Tape up the side holes. Then drop some JB weld in the bottom.Let it set/dry for a couple hours.(left mine for a couple days)Then take the stock hose and cut the fitting so that you have a spacer.Put the spacer on and tighten that new Plugged banjo bolt.

What's everyone using for the Low pressure hose. The hose from the resivour to the pump???Mine for some reason either didn't fit or I just didn't have it.

So I went to Autozone and Ghetto rigged something. But... its leaking so I need a real hose.
