im not too sure if they plug right in my plug was melted there. i spliced the wires together, it doesnt matter about the polarity as i was told by someone on freshalloy.com. the map sensor should be hooked up according to the japanese instructions, it has a really good picture of where to splice the wires into. do a search on freshalloy.com, they have a few very good posts on wiring the boost control kit.
