Good stuff here guys - we're trying to work out a deal with someone to obtain a select few cores for valve covers. Right now, we are looking into a KA24DE and CA18DEt cover. Just thought I'd update since it's been a a few days to toss it out there for those of you interested!

Also - more EVO stuff!

i have a couple ka24de cores laying around somewhere. I used to powdercoat a ton of them. How much to powdercoat a vg30dett plenum? I can't fit it in my setup and would have to move a ton of stuff to get to my oven. I am thinking either gold or some metallic silver.

Can you get me a picture of your plenum so I can see what I'm working with? Intake manifolds usually range between 75-100 for single stage based on complexity - and with a metallic they require a clear coat for depth and durability so there's an additional 50% upcharge for the 2nd stage.

Just thought we'd share a set of brembos we just restored for an Evo - better than factory powder, at least in our opinion, and a nice black logo. Enjoy!

Seems like this order never ends :) Which is a great thing for us. Here are a few more parts from the Dormant Red Evo 8 list - catch can, trans bracket, PS cap, and the two thermostat housing halves :) Enjoy

I've always wondered how you guys keep the logo

Witch craft and creativity. .....But in all seriousness, I laid the red base, a high temp vinyl, and then used a low temperature curing clear coat as to not destroy the vinyl. It's the cheapest most effective way to keep it on there. The other is basically to do a reverse logo (a vinyl stencil if you will) and once it's in place mask off everything else, lay your powder, cure it, pull tape, and clear over it. I offer the service, but the extra charge and care involved isn't worth it to most :)

So...Sorry for the lack of updates and pictures lately. Just under 2 months ago I and We (Personally and professionally) changed locations. Same state but closer to civilization, lol. The shop we were supposed to be moved in to was delayed, the funding for a new oven fell through, and a few other hurdles have had to be over come. Well, we're almost over everything! We get to move all of the tools and equipment into the new shop tomorrow and we'll be wrapping up the very last tiny bit of our brand new 8x8x8 powder coating booth build. Once in and settled we'll be starting shortly on an 8x8x10*** powder coating oven as we've had a few things realllllly fall into place to help us out! Once up and running again, we'll be running a great special for anyone and everyone interested and once the new oven is built, we'll be running a deal on big parts (wheels, motor cycle frames, atv frames, etc.) Here's a photo of the new booth minus a few things, and I'll put up a few more pictures within the next few days!

Here's a bit of eye candy in progress. This is all from the evo project we were a part of. Wiper arms, valve covers, intake piping, brakes, battery tray, ps resevoir cap, catch cans...and a few other things, lol. Anyways, enjoy the most recent pic I got!

Hopefully we'll be back to rocking and rolling by the beginning of August!

Finally got the new shop up and running - first part shot was a reshoot on the Tiburon strut bar. We had an issue when we had it photographed - the photographer placed it on some rocks and it was scratched up...so we thought we should repair it before shipping ;) With everything being crazy over the last little bit we've finally had time to respray it...and one of our oven elements crapped out mid way through, lame.. Anyways, enjoy round two!

Ignore the poor pictures. We have plenty of lighting but my phone was almost dead so it had to be attached to my very short charger cord to get any photos! We're still not back up at full swing yet as we're waiting to start our oven build (and now repair), but we're planning a great special in August to get back up and going.
