I came up with an interesting eye lid design that I think looks great for the coupe. Tell me what you guys think. I'm really leaning toward an eyelid plus angel eyes kind of look. Anyways, I'll eventually get the perfect design someday if this one isn't it.

Well the blue part would be the best looking one between fiber and overlay but the black part might have to be an overlay so that it doesn't remove too much of the light during the night. That or it' would have to be really a slim piece which might change the look for something else

Eh... sorry.

I like the one that they sell on e-bay because it stays inline with the line of the hood. It just looks like an extension of the hood.

Nice try though man.

here is the final version for now, I've been staring at it a lot and I think this one's a keeper. I'll go buy some blue cardboard tomorrow to make some cheap ones to know for sure how they look. If it's good then if I'll make some real ones

Looks really good. Wish I could get rid of that yellow alltogether. Need some aftermarket headlights to come out already. Light a fire under the *** of whatever company produces them.

you should send your thoughts to the ebay vendor, his S/N on the other forum is Altimateone he makes these himself, if he had a donor coupe near by he wouldnt think twice about making your design...maybe it will fit the sedan too

i really like it, i was looking at my headlights yesterday and i was wanting cover the lights further to the sides to hide the yellow marker light and just make it a light shaper and not extending the hood .... now if we could make something like that, but not using vinyl.

well the side shot is essentially the same as the first picture at the top of the thread but with the front black part in blue instead my design doesn't really follow the hood line . anyways now I'm off to test it out on my car with scizors and cardboard

i'll report later with more accurate dimentions
