NY (and Im sure Ct) is very expensive, and I am paying 8.675% tax on it. I dont think I could get a better deal. About 18,800 out the door. Dont think I could do better. I have tried a few dealerships and this is the best I could do. The 09's are also more expensive and as others have said everyone wants a fuel efficient car now. Good luck to you!cik2003ny wrote:i don't know yetthey are asking 17890 on SL + TLi don't know if i can get a deal like yoursi was wondering if i can out of the door for 17k just like others didbut now maybe it will be raising to 19k out of the door...

But every Canadian I've ever met tells me you get "free" health care!1_Sleek_Versa wrote:
You mean that's dirt cheap taxes. Here in Quebec: 13.5%.
I really do not like the way it looks, but it was cheap and hopefully reliable.greggie195 wrote:Im getting my 09 Versa this weekend, and am really looking forward to driving this little car to and from work every day. I like the way it drives and I *think* I like the way it looks. Anyway, whenever I see someone driving, it is always a female! Just wanted to see if my hypothesis holds any water. So what are you guys (or gals), Male or Female?
Naw, only Michael Moore believes that.greggie195 wrote:

That is a great point!faction wrote:I think males are more likely to go out and find websites to post on about their cars. (got to pimp the mods!)Most women aren't into that.
So maybe the poll just represents the % of Versa drivers (male or female) that web chat about it.
Well we do pay a lot in taxes for everything, so 'free' is not really the word. Plus, as frankohabs has said, it isn't working out that great. Wait times are ridiculous, and trying to get a doctor's apt is usually a nightmare. But I love living in Canada, so I won't really complain.greggie195 wrote:
