yeah hes gonna be a rich man later on, but i have a feeling that the crew shall feel the rewards also. kyles a really generous guy.

a good chunck of the money he get will go to the local battered womans fund, his mom and his gf both came from heavily abusive situations, so he gives back that way to the community.

um, not to try and tell someone what to do, but maybe he could help out Jim a little. Not a battered lady, but a little girl in need.

Lawsuits take a lot of time. So it may be years before he gets any money. My friends dad has been fighting his old employer for years. Really is sad. This isn't meant to be discouraging. My prayers still go out to all the folks of nico.

her condition is unchanged. she is still just lying there peacefully sleeping. her temperature has dropped since the tubes have been put into her lungs. they put her on a new medication for her liver. two days later the yellow in her skin has started to go away. i forget the name of it, but i will find the prescription description.

hopefully the carspa meet is a big hit this weekend.

heres and update... its beena while...

Kyle is doing awsome, he finally got to go home today. He is doing better, not walking yet... yet.. hes been playing the hell out of NFSU, Project Gotham 2, and GT3... He should be walking here soon, next 3 months or so they think. as for car and lawsuit wise. things are really looking up first court date is tomarrow and the attorney is extreamly confident that the settlement will be very very nice. so soon he will have him a new ride, so we are hopeing to mabey end up being at the 240sx national convention, with his new toy... (is there a rb26dett awd equiped s13 coupe on here... not yet to say the least, that is his plan) so that will definetly be something to talk about if he does do it. and it would be done by the nat convention, some how some way. any of u shop owners that think they can really do it, and make it work, let me know, ill pass it on, but then again kyle wants another talon, and I am trying to talk him out of it...

just figured id pass the word to ya....

how is every one else doing jim and zero?

Great news! It'd be cool to get him to the NICO meet in March so he can meet everyone who's been praying for him.

There are many heart felt thoughts and well wishes pouring forth from this site to all those who are being visited by misfortune. Warms my heart.

Someone said they would take a year of not walking for $100k. Bite your tongue. I know you were just making a joke but the seriousness of this young man's situation cannot be taken lightly in anyway.

I suppose that many of the respondents to this thread are young. I'm not too old at 43 to know what it's like to be foot loose and fancy free. I kinda still am in many ways. However, I played some serious sports and wound up with the odd injury. Nothing even remotely as serious as Kyle's but the serious injuries never go away.

Klye will live with his injuries for the rest of his life and that money should be put away for when he's 50 and stairs become challenging for him. Klye won't be able to rely on his back to make him money. A good education is expensive. Chicks aren't as attracted to men with bad limps. The ******* in the truck forever altered Klye's life and options and Klye is aware of this I'm sure. Lying in a hospital bed and undergoing painful rehab, etc., gives a person pause for thought. Many thoughts.

Kyle is lucky for many reasons. First, he wasn't killed by that jerk. Second, the jerk has some money. Third, he has some real pros working on him. And last but certainly not least, he has some really great friends.

Long term thought is needed here, gentlemen. Kyle's life has been changed permanently.

I would pay $100k to not "not walk" for a year.

My sincere best wishes to Kyle and all his caring friends and family. You guys will make the difference in his recuperation and life.
