timer for an update. lets start with the really really good news...

they belive that they can mend kyles legs. the doc that said he would never walk again, lets just say he was replaced, damn near by force. Kyle is a Good samaritan hospital in kearney ne, they flew in a doctor from WV, i belive, and kyles parents told him the the crew standing in the hallway wouldnt accept kyle not walking again and that, if he couldnt have kyle able to walk and drive again that he could get his *** back on the plane and leave. but hes doing good. they wont let us send in get well cards. and things like that, hell they wont let us in to see him yet. but hes got use of a laptop that they sterilized for him. his mom reads him all of our emails we send him. if you guys want ill post his email address and u guys car have at it and send him every thing u want. hes loveing the emails though. we send him jokes to keep him laughing. we took a pic of the parking lot and emailed it to him and barb, his mom told us that they couldnt stop laughing. hes got two broke arms, just minor breaks, but to the point that he cant type. but as soon as he can belive me, ull see him here. he says thanks by the way. they are saying that till they get his legges fixed hes going to be limited on visitors, and what they can let him do.

more good news. american family insurance, kyles ins co. gave kyles car a value of $7,250, then the value of all the recipts on the car at another $12,000 there were a few things that they couldnt cover, but over all we were every happy with that. with that much kyles mom is letting the crew get another talon and build it identical. kyles gonna love that.

now the satisfing news... that fu ck who hit kyle is so screwed. i have the satisfaction to tell all of you this. he WAS a professor at that local college. (he was just fire due to the charges brought on him) hes worth about 6 millon dollars. his (ex shes now divorcing him) wife came to bring us lunch (for about 25 ppl today) and her condolences, for kyle and gave kyles mom a fill in on what hes worth. she told he to sue the sh it out of him.

the charges we set on him this morning, they are sooo long it litteraly took the judge 5 mins to explain. hes got attempted vehicular manslaughter, dui, possession of narcotics, just a whole load of shi t. hes looking at around 40+years locked up. plus is a civil case, he will pay out the *** for the injuries to kyle and pain and suffering.

heres kyles email guys, [email protected]

heres the pic of his car http://www.eniety.com/pichost/...5.gif

my prayers are with cold and jimmy. also thanks every one for your prayers... things are begining to not seem so dark.

im very glad to hear that he is laughing, laughter is the best medicine and i strongly urge ppl to send Kyle an email and wish him well, maybe throw in a joke. But limit yourselves to one email until/if he replies so that Kyle and his mother are not overwhelmed:) again, im extatic to hear he is doing better and even more so to hear that justice is being served on the perp that did this to him. question for ya...that car was never in SportCompactCar(i think) was it? they had a sleeper article with a white talon that looked just like that if my memory serves correct.... which it probly doesnt but o well....

my thoughts and prayers are still with Kyle, his family and your team, as well as Cold and every1 else that is having hardships.:)

im glad to hear he is is able to put a smile on his face after all this. We all can now just hope for the best from here on out. It is going to be a long process but have faith and he one day will come to standing on his own, and then taking a few steps. It may not be a short process but will be rewarding in the end. stay strong guys.

Glad your friend is in better condition now. Hope he ends up owning everything that bastard has to his name.

FWIW, Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist coverage is a *very* useful coverage to have if it's offered in your state. First Party medical benefits are good to have too if they're available.

Cold Zero,

How's your niece doing?

man my prayers and sympathy go to him and his family. i m glad to hear that his life is intact. i hope and pray for him and my daughter for a complete recovery. health is priceless i have learned that not so long ago. a truck that large hitting him and he is alive is a miracle in itself. he has the same angel watching him as my little girl does.

he will be in my prayers every night with my daughter. i wish him a speedy recovery, and justice for the crime done against him.

We did get Jack and Grace baptised yesterday morning. My Uncle cam out from Pittsburgh to baptize them.

The biopsy went well. They sent the results to IU Medical Center to be analyzed and then it will be sent to the Mayo Clinic for a second opinion. The doctors from Riley Hospital (Leading Children's Hospital) will probably come up to our hospital and do the operations. There is an obstruction in her liver and it is enlarged. They think that if they can get rid of the obstruction and do some reconstruction of her liver ducts that her liver will heal itself. They cannot rule out that in 5 years that she may need a liver transplant.

If you saw Grace, her skin tone is 3 shades too dark and she looks like she is skin and bones. I have every confidence in the doctors at IU/Riley and we are all praying that God will guide to doctors in their diagnosis and treatment of her. Thank you very much for your thoughts and prayers.

i feel your pain man. my daughter is 5 months and has been in and out of the hospital for a while now. her liver has completely shut down. she has to get a liver and lung transplant. and there is no way i cannot afford to pay for the surgeries. i will keep your family in my thoughts and wish for the best outcome!!! hopefully the biopsy comes back clean, and no more damage is growning. again my prayers are with your family and children!!!

My thoughts and prayers are with you.

I think the events of the past few days prove to anyone with any doubts that yes, God is very much real, alive, and working in our world. He truly does work miracles and wonders.

And may God have mercy on the soul of the drunk driver as well, because we all know damn good and well and none of us would. If that would have happened to my best friend... I hope and pray I would have had the willpower that you must have had, to not beat the living f00k out of him.

I hope he gets the book thrown at him as hard as possible. He deserves it, especially after the rediculous comment he made before being tested. Of course, he just said that because he knew he was f00ked, bigtime.

At any rate... I pray everything turns out well. Keep us informed.

It amazes me that incidents like these dont make the national news. Good thing that cop was there otherwise everyone would have said what the truck driver said about you guys racing. Anyway I wrote your buddy Kyle some kind words let him know the Nissan kids in brooklyn are praying for him.

HEy guys guess what, we got to see kyle today, he looks real beat up still but hes doing good, he has much respect for the prayers, and is now considering building a drift car, hes looking for a S13, or if he gets a good deal in court, possibly an R32 or 33.

Bad news is hes got alot more surgery ahead. But they are talking he will be in rehabilitation in the next 3 months or so, and possibly walking unassisted in a year or so.

i guess im real excited today, i got to have lunch with him for the first time in a while, i also cried today wheni was with him, and told him i should have let him him me, id rather be in his shoes than have him there.

i hope that guy rottes in hell, and he will be screwed if god is a car guy... wont he.

You just say that because you want some $$ ;) (I'm 100% joking there) although I MIGHT be tempted to loose the chance to walk for a year if it meant getting 100,000 dollars.
