Plastic cover for when the top is down

yeah I'm still doing soe diagnostics on my swap, it should be running but its not wanting to turn over.. it just cranks but doesn't catch. I'm suspecting the ECU might be bad so I'm going to try and check it out as soon as I have spare time. I've been working 7 days a week the past couple weeks, we had an agent quit at work so there has been more work than we can handle so I haven't had a whole lot of time to do anything else.

Hey, is there a thread on this anywhere on this forum? I wanted to get more info on the j-spec top mechanis....just for my own interest.

Oops. I guess I forgot to quote the topic. ANYWAY, earlier on in this thread - there was discussion of how the j-spec top differs. So my question is: IS there any existing thread with more info on this topic - jspec differences?

I really really really am not feeling this search feature.....dunno about you guys...but I never seem to get good hits. Maybe my searches are just too obscure...

the thread a while back with a link to the japanese convertible club had some example on them, but as far as a versus explanation I haven't seen one.

There is a thread that shows some pictures of the jdm version. It's not exactly a perfect picture or explanation thread, but it's at least close to the topic at hand. We actually have a member that owns one.

He and AZhitman were discussing the differences.

I would guess it's a good 6 months ago at least.

If I find some time later today, I will look for it for you. Otherwise, maybe Greg knows the title or can track that down?
