Well, what can I say. I never saw this thread until now but this project is looking absolutely amazing... What a turnaround from a rust-killed 240. From a fellow rustbelt 240 owner, props to you for such dedication and brilliant work!

From the most recent pics it's looking fantastic already, but what is she going to look like when she is actually finished?

they're usually for a z32 they do not fit 100% I had to "shim" them a little

this buiild deserves ABSOLUTE INFAMY! you built youre garage and you have restored this lucky rust bucket to the point that deserves applause. i mean a new OEM frame rail? i never knew! i cant stop rambling here, im in so much awe... ive seen this type of stuff on those hot rod shows where the cars are '50 and '60 model cars and this way better than those 30 minute clown shoes. keep it up....

and your driveway pic, is is is... i am speechless.

cant wait to see it finished! its so close you can taste it... come on taste it with me... its good aint it?!

its been a while since the last update but my semester of school is over so I hussle to finish everything to be able to plate it for july....

transmission, driveshaft, prop shaft, short shifter, rear subframe installed

installing energy suspension bushing kit for the whole car is a PITA but so worth it !! new bushing pretty and sturdy!! the other ones with 216K km on them were inexistant! look so beautifull!!!

fabricated a flange for the new downpipe

because the old one looked like this

and the one I bought made of SS did not have a flex line (picture of the new one soon)

made a SS flange for the BOV

rimed up the tires for the inspection and drift :D

tower brace and intake plenum polished (well partially after 6-8 hours I had enough so it stays this way for now

started the wiring my friend Samuel is of priceless help in this process since I am not a mechanic nor electrician ! more updates soon!stay tuned!
