This was the last image before current modifications (in progress). The MAS is no more due to installing the EMS 8860 stand-alone. I am in process of o-ringing the block and awaiting the head to return from my machine shop due to having custom spring seats machined. Also ditched the APEXi AVC-R boost controller and HKS turbo timer for the GReddy full auto timer and PRofec Type-S boost controller. Lastly, I will be adding a Bosch fuel pump to run inline with the 300zx TT unit and replace the Aeromotive fuel filter with a larger unit. More info on my site (link below).

S14TAT: You made the same mistake I did. You have the IACV line routed into the turbo inlet pipes; it needs to be routed into the cold pipe. Otherwise, you are bleeding pressurized air into the air inlet pipes, which can cause erratic boost problems/the inability to hold boost.

Anyway, to keep the thread alive, a few recent pics:

Nope, not a single improvement...but the IACV bleeding pressurized air back to the air inlet was only one of five boost leaks fixed...

Sorry, no exterior pics yet. Now that she's running on all cylinders I need to get the wideband back from a buddy to properly tune her.

SUPER clean set up!

But I have to wonder...why did you put the air filter RIGHT behind the radiator where all the incoming air becomes extremely hot after cooling the coolant? It looks like there's plenty of room to put it where it's normally put, or even drop it down into the driver fender-well for true cold air.

But all in all, one of the cleanest I've seen.

Good lord, look at the size of the intake pipe.Quote »ok.. this is a stupid question to everyone with Stock radiator fans.. but why are you still running it ?[/quote]-There's your aftermarket fans and radiatorBottom line, if you not overheating then why bother replacing the setup. KA's dont have the water pump problem that makes SR's overheat at high revs.

No no you guys are way off. Im not going to say what we used.

Its only 3" IC pipe.

I am surprised nobody looked at the size of the fuel lines I use.
